From our recent handout, we have received 475 total responses thus far, with only 36 lots that indicated they have already signed a lease.  Braemer Village has 20 acres, Chapel Creek has 20 acres, and Mona Conrad has spoken to several individual landowners on Overton Brooks, who may all want to join in also. A mail-out will be distributed within the next week or so regarding the
bidding process to lead to negotiations, with regard to leasing our acreage. It is important to stick  together as a group for better negotiations. Thanks for your patience and we'll do our best to keep
